Data You Give Us Directly
The search forms on this site send what you type, such as a name, phone number, or address, to the third-party provider that powers the results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include and use them only to reply.

Like most websites, our hosting systems create standard server logs. Those logs may include an IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to keep the site running and understand which Covina records pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may also be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights. California's DELETE Act also created DROP, a state deletion platform for registered data brokers; that process is separate from this site and from official public records. Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Covina, Los Angeles County, or California offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
